In-home Physiotherapy Services

Modern Health Physiotherapy provides one-on-one care in homes across Amherstburg, LaSalle, Windsor and surrounding areas. Each visit is shaped around your abilities, goals and daily environment.

Assessment and personalized treatment

Your physiotherapy assessment reviews movement, function, symptoms and goals. Treatment may include individualized exercise, physiotherapist-guided mobilization or other hands-on techniques, and practical education to help you understand and manage your condition.

Post-surgical rehabilitation

Rehabilitation after surgery can help rebuild strength, mobility and confidence for daily tasks. A home visit also allows exercises to be adapted to the space and equipment you use every day.

Injury and activity recovery

Care is available for sprains, strains, sports injuries, carpal tunnel concerns and other movement-related limitations. Your plan focuses on safe progress toward the activities that matter to you.

Mobility and osteoarthritis

Physiotherapy can support strength, balance, joint movement and everyday mobility for people living with osteoarthritis or age-related changes in function.

Neurological physiotherapy

Experience includes working with people living with Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, stroke and spinal cord injury. Care is individualized to current function and personal goals.

TMJ and Paediatric needs

Assessment and treatment are also available for TMJ concerns, paediatric injuries and developmental milestones. Contact Modern Health Physiotherapy to discuss whether an in-home visit is appropriate.

What to expect from a home visit

There is no need to arrange transportation to a clinic. Connor brings the equipment needed for the planned visit, which may include a therapy table, weights or other tools. Appointment availability changes weekly; the online scheduler shows current openings.
